Who is shifta for?
Small teams in Switzerland, from restaurants and cafés to shops and studios, that want simple, reliable staff scheduling without spreadsheets.
How do my employees get access?
A manager creates the workspace on the website and invites the team. Employees download the mobile app and set a password. No setup is required from them.
Can employees swap shifts and request time off?
Yes. Employees can request shift swaps, submit time-off requests, and mark when they are unavailable. Managers review and approve everything from the dashboard.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Our public website uses analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them, and your schedule, team and payroll data is never used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
