The Launch plan is CHF 19.90 per month per venue and the Team plan is CHF 39.90 per month per venue. Both give access to the same features.

Paying for a year up front saves 15% on the base price: CHF 16.90 and CHF 33.90 per month, charged as CHF 202.80 and CHF 406.80 once a year.

Below them, a free plan covers one venue with up to five active team members, for as long as you use it.

Launch is an introductory rate reserved for the first 30 paying accounts. Once you have subscribed at it, your base price never rises for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.

Every new account gets 14 days of full access to the paid features, with no payment method asked for. The trial is granted once per person, so a second organisation created by the same person does not get another one.

When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan. If it fits inside the free limits (one venue, five members), everything keeps working and only the paid features stop. If it is over them, the account is restricted until you subscribe or come back within the limits.

Nothing is deleted. Your schedules, hours and messages are there again the moment you do either. And if you subscribe while the trial is still running, the days you have left are added to the first period you buy.

Per venue. A paid plan covers one venue with up to 30 active team members, and the account holder does not count towards that limit, so adding a colleague below it never changes the bill.

Each venue beyond the first is CHF 10 per month on Launch and CHF 20 per month on Team. Added mid-period it is invoiced straight away, prorated; removed, it becomes a credit on your next invoice.

The 15% yearly discount applies to the base plan only, so an extra venue is CHF 120 or CHF 240 a year.

Prices are shown and charged in Swiss francs. We are not registered for Swiss VAT, so nothing is added to the price you see.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts credit and debit cards and TWINT; we never hold your full card details. Every payment comes with an invoice by email, and your recent invoices can be downloaded from your billing settings.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and the date and amount of the next renewal are visible in the app at all times. Switching from monthly to yearly costs nothing on the day: your renewal date stays where it is and the yearly price is charged at that renewal.

Yes, from your billing settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then and can reverse it before the period ends.

Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods or unused time. That is exactly why the trial gives you full access to everything before you pay anything.

If a renewal payment fails you do not lose access straight away: the account keeps full paid access for 21 days while we retry and email you.
